Reservation Procedures

Many common amenities may be reserved by River Dance Condominium owners.

· Reservation requests for the Social Room and the two Guest Suites (#105A and 105B) are made directly to the Riverdance Office at (941) 747-8702. A deposit is required before the Social Room or Guest Suites can be reserved. The Schedule for the Guest Suites in not made available on-line.

· Reservations for the Media Center, the Card Room, and the Conference Room can also be made directly to the Riverdance Office at (941) 747-8702.

· Reservations for most other amenities are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Amenities may be reserved for private events or for open events. A Private Event is one in which River Dance Condominium Owners are not invited. An Open Event is one in which River Dance Condominium Owners are cordially invited, pending space and promptness. If you would like to participate in an open event, you might want to coordinate with the Point-Of-Contact (POC) prior to the event. If your event is "Private", please post the private signs at the entrance of each door.
